Be
as complete and specific as possible. For example, don't
ask for information on insects if what you really need is information
about fleas. If you want the information about fleas because
your dog has them, tell us that too.
Use this
form if you are outside of the library only. If you are inside
the library building, speak directly with a staff member at the
Information Desk about your question. Responses to email or telephone
reference questions are generally limited to ready reference,
brief factual answers requiring a search of no more than 3-5
minutes. The Milford Town Library is not able to conduct lengthy
research.
Customers
who are not residents of Milford, MA may be asked to use their
local libraries for information. This online information service
is free of charge, however, there may be a photoduplication fee
for some transactions. We will respond by telephone only to calls
within our local dialing area. We will make every effort to
respond as soon as possible, usually within two working days
after receiving your online question.
